To clarify for observers who may have seen a small Ross's type goose at Aylmer in March, The bird observed and photographed on March 21 has been identified as a hybrid Lesser Snow Goose x Ross's Goose. On March 23 there was a Ross's Goose at this location. In the days that followed either one of these birds or others may have been present.
