I just received a call from Dan Loncke who, with his wife Mary, saw a Eurasian
Collared-Dove at Gore Hill Public School on Seacliff Drive, east of Leamington.
He saw a pair of doves on the wires and confirmed at least one as Eurasian
Collared but they flew soon after and he could only relocate one bird. The
probability is high that the second bird was also a collared-dove. These
individuals have been in the same vicinity since August of 2014.
