Ontbirders, As of the end of December a total of 191 species have been reported throughout the province. Since my last update, the following species have been added to the list: Great Gray Owl, Dunlin, Swainson's Thrush, Harris's Sparrow, White-eyed Vireo, Black-and-white Warbler, Forster's Tern, Marsh Wren, Painted Bunting, Gyrfalcon, Sora, Gray-crowned Rosy-Finch, Brewer's Blackbird and Yellow-headed Blackbird. Some of the more expected species that have not yet been reported include Gray Patridge, Virginia Rail, Wilson's Snipe, Black-legged Kittiwake, California Gull, American Three-toed Woodpecker, House Wren and Pine Warbler.
