Adult Bald Eagle soaring over the Mississippi River this morning and a Coppers
Hawk at the main st. bridge over the river.
Carleton Place is west of Ottawa via Hwy 7. Turn north at lights at Franktown
rd and go directly into town to the bridge over the river. In past years
Eagles have been seen up and down the river over the open water areas of the
river.
