At 3:00pm today had an eagle circling just south of Sulphur Spring Conservation Area, south of Hanover. Later, got the photos onto my computer and found it was a 1st year Golden Eagle, not a young Bald Eagle like I had thought. (White spots on the primaries and solid white base of tail were the identifying marks)
Sulphur Spring CA is a few minutes south of Hanover. Take Cty Road 10 south and follow the signs to the CA. This CA was formerly known as Headquarters CA.
