Weather:
Clear blue skies, a light south breeze and downright balmy conditions led
to a pleasant morning. But the wind escalated in intensity and rain-laden
clouds darkened the afternoon, shattering our fleeting idyll.

Raptor Observations:
Activity was limited to a short spurt of movement around midday, a brief
glimmer of Red-tailed Hawks that fizzled quickly.

Non-raptor Observations:
Cedar Waxwing (15+), American Goldfinch (35+), Pine Siskin (80+), European
Starling (55+), Horned Lark (6), Horned Grebe (15+), Common Loon (1)

Predictions:
Mostly cloudy with cool temps and strong west wind.
