Not a live sighting, but likely of interest to local birders anyway: I found a dead Boreal Chickadee at the National Gallery of Canada this morning on my FLAP patrol. It’s the second one I’ve found in six days (the first was at Bank & Queen Sts. on Oct. 24).
If I’ve come across two in Ottawa's downtown core, there may well be many live ones around as well.
