I am currently watching a first/second year laughing gull swimming in the water at Wheatley Harbour. The bird has a partial hood. It occasionally flies but soon lands. Associating with rb gulls.
Take the 401 to Queens line just west of Chatham-Kent to Tilbury. Turn south on Wheatley road which turns into Kent Road 1 which turns into Erie street. Take Erie street all the way to the end. The bird is in the water off the beach on the east side.
