Weather:
Mostly cloudy today but with a few brief periods of blue sky. The fog held
off but distant haze limited visibility somewhat. Tiny flecks of drizzle
sprinkled us toward the end of the watch but other than that rain remained
a non-issue. The wind was moderate and out of the southeast.
Raptor Observations:
Limited movement for a third straight day. The highlight was an adult
Peregrine Falcon who wandered low overhead.
Non-raptor Observations:
Blue Jay (800+), Red-winged Blackbird (300+), Chimney Swift (1),
Bonaparte's Gull (15)
Predictions:
Looks like a potential washout with a 90 percent chance of rain all day.
