Hi Folks.
                With better light and another pair of eyes. Pete Chapman and 
myself were able to determine that our CORMORANT is a NEOTROPIC CORMORANT. The 
bird is easily separated from the other cormorants by it's small size.

It is on a tower at the end of a channel opposite house # 9594.
