The lark bunting was seen by me and some other birders between 10:30 and
11:30am. It spent some time perched on the wires connected to the tower, and
spent some time low in trees along the forest edge.
Some other bird observations throughout the island were:
-Green Heron
-Wilson's Phalarope
- Other common grassland species
There were also a good number of snakes on the island today. There were 4
eastern garters, and an aggressive watersnake.

Good luck,

Riley

DIRECTIONS:401 take exit 593, take highway 4 south all the way to the end, turn
right and the ferry is on your left.
(On the island) continue south to con session 2 turn right, follow con session
2 to Art McGinn Road. The bunting was seen near house 550.
