Hey birders,

Sorry about my brief message yesterday. I was just trying to get word out that
the bird was still being seen under the feeders at 571 Main Street, Glen
Williams. I got word from Rich Poort that the bird was re-seen as well later
yesterday evening.

A few more details, as I have gotten many requests for info regarding my post
and an unfriendly neighbour.

We actually saw the bird a couple houses down on the same side of the street,
but right at the intersection of the closes side street. Most of these houses
have feeders up so the bird was actually seen in a few yards during our visit.
It appeared to feed at 571, then it made its way into the backs of the next few
houses, before hiding in a dense tangle behind the house with green siding at
the closest intersection. The homeowner of the green house seemed quite put off
by our presence despite the fact that we were simply observing from the roads.
This homeowner came out to photograph us(she made sure she got a picture of
each one of us), seemed very agitated for some reason, and did not respond to
us when we said hello and tried to inform here why we were in the
neighbourhood. We made several attempts at communication.

This is just an FYI for those going today, please stay on the road if the bird
goes to this house.

On a a more pleasant note, another lovely local fellow who was quite excited
about the bird explained to some of us that it has actually been coming to his
feeders since early December! wow!

So enjoy the bird today if you go, he`s a real beaut!
