A male Anna's Hummingbird is coming to a hummingbird feeder in the south ward of Thunder Bay, The home owners welcome visitors, but please call ahead first. They both work, leave a message if there is no answer.

Directions: from Intercity Mall: S on Simpson St, first left after the McIntyre floodway bridge onto Southern Ave, then first right on to Alexandra, third house on the left (parking on their side only). Go through the gate, feeder is in the back yard outside the kitchen window, beside a big cedar tree (where the bird often roosts). We are hoping it will survive; it has so far withstood -25C (with windchill), but it is supposed to get cold again this coming weekend.
