I found a white phase SNGO on the beach at Popham Bay at the northern end of Owen Point trail (“Lookout #1”) today around noon (Tues, Nov 5th). The bird could be seen from Owen Point, where I ran into Presqu’Ile birding authority, Fred Helleiner, who noted this was an unusual find for Presqu’Ile. (Nice to meet you, Fred!).
