I observed a lone Tufted Titmouse feeding on sunflower in those feeders by
the road at my home on Howe Island (Kingston) about ½ hour ago.  Been awhile
since I’ve had a Titmouse here so that was a pleasant surprise.

Howe Island is accessible by a ferry located off Joyceville Road and Hwy 2
at Howe Island Ferry Road, ~15 km east of Kingston. The regular ferry is out
for its 5-year drydock safety inspection, so the ferry in its place is on an
hourly schedule (leaving mainland on the hour; island on the half hour)
except during rush hour (6:30-9:30AM and 3-6PM) until Oct. 21st.  Cost is
$5.  There are no amenities on the island.  On the island, take the second
road left (Baseline Road), then left on Goodfriend Drive, and left onto
Havenwood Trail. Island map and ferry info:
