Observation end time: 13:00:00
Total observation time: 6 hours

Official Counter: Jonathan Stein

Observers: Andrew Sturgess, Raburn Howland

Visitors:
10+

Weather:
Hot and humid with heavy fog limiting visibility considerably, the wind was
light and out of the south and southeast. The rain held off but worse
conditions for September raptor migration would be hard to come by.

Raptor Observations:
Movement was minimal.

Non-raptor Observations:
Nothin' doin'

Predictions:
Mostly cloudy with an 80 percent chance of rain. The wind will be out of
the south early, shifting west as the day progresses. We might be able to
squeeze a morning of counting in before the rain but the afternoon looks
like a wash.
