Hi, This evening we had a loose flock of 20, maybe 24, Common Nighthawks over Carleton Place. At 7.30 they were moving south from the centre of town over Napoleon and Sarah Streets. Then they seemed to head back into town before heading southwest about 15 minutes later.
Carleton Place is off Highway 7, about 40 kms west of Ottawa.
