Another active day on Pelee Island with a good mix of species recorded
throughout the morning. While not a full account of activity (the Heritage
Centre closed before the sighting book could be reviewed), the PIBO team
encountered a nice range of birds including a banded male HOODED WARBLER, a
'BREWSTER'S' WARBLER, and the season's first MAGNOLIA WARBLER and BOBOLINKS.
A 'LAWRENCE'S' WARBLER was observed mid-morning on the west beach by a
visiting birder. Other notable sighting from today will be included in
tomorrow' post.

Cheers,

Graeme Gibson
