Hi Ontbirders I haven't had any updates on the Violet-green Swallow found this morning by Jake Walker. The last sighting was around 1:00pm off Britannia Point. As the day warmed up the swallows dispersed and were higher up making identification this swallow more difficult. It may still be in the area and I would suggest checking this area this evening and again tomorrow morning. Fortunately this morning the Violet-green Swallow landed briefly and photos were secured. If anyone relocates this bird please post your observation. Photo: http://brucedilabio.blogspot.ca/2013/04/april-25-2013-first-record-of-violet.html Good birding, Bruce
