Hi there, Today (March 11, 2013) at the corner of Twin Elm/Cambrian Rd in Ottawa, I observed:
Common Grackle (4) Brown-headed Cowbird (1, heard) Red-winged Blackbird (14) While out, I heard the following birds in song: American Goldfinch Mourning Dove Northern Cardinal House Finch Dark-eyed Junco Directions as per those given on Neilyworld.com: >From Highway 416 take exit 66 (Fallowfield Road). If southbound, a 0.4 km off-ramp dumps onto Fallowfield, where you will turn right or west. If northbound, the 0.4 km off-ramp brings you to Fallowfield, where you will turn left or west onto it and in 0.5 km join the southbound off-ramp traffic. Both groups will now follow Fallowfield Road west 2.5 km from here, passing Moodie Drive to reach Richmond Road.
