I saw this dove at Point Pelee National Park yesterday Saturday February 2nd 
2013. It was at the back of the Visitor Centre at the edge of the forest 
surrounding the staff parking lot. It was very distinctive, first time I see 
this species in the park. Conditions in the park were with calm winds, moderate 
snowing, and around -6 C
