9 OFOers joined me on this blustery day as we toured parts of the Durham 
waterfront, including Oshawa Second Marsh, Pringle Creek, Cranberry Marsh and 
Thickson Point.

Highlights amongst our 70 species were:

4 Horned Grebes
23 Common Loons
19 spp of waterfowl including about 1200 RB Mergansers and 500 Green-winged 
Teal at Oshawa Second Marsh
1 Rough-legged Hawk - light morph
3 Black-bellied Plover
44 Greater Yellowlegs
3 Lesser Yellowlegs
5 Semipalmated Sandpipers
5 Dunlin
2 Pectoral Sandpipers
1 Barred Owl
1 Eastern Phoebe
1 Northern Shrike
11 Eastern Bluebirds
53 American Pipits
1 Fox Sparrow
4 White-winged Crossbills
41 Red Crossbills
