I stopped at Gosport on the way home today. At 5pm there was no ibis but
the Hudsonian Godwit was showing nicely in the area the ibis had been, so
much closer.
There were also 5 Greater and 2 lesser yellowlegs and NOTHING else in that
bay but there was at least one hunter working the right (east) side of that
bay so that may be why there was nothing else around. I actually can't post
on Ontbirds from home - only my work email is registered with them so if you
feel this posting is worthwhile please post it for me.
