The Holiday Beach Migration Observatory (HBMO), located near Amherstburg, 
Ontario, and in it's 39th year of counting migrating fall raptors, is seeking 
experienced hawk counters who may be available the occassional day, either week 
days or weekend days, to count raptors during the months of October and 
November, 2012.

Applicants should either be "official counters" or "official observers" at 
other hawk migration observatories. Applicants will be required to provide 
their own binoculars, minimum of 8x.

All applicants will be required to attend an orientation session at HBMO on 
Saturday, October 6, 2012 to learn station protocol, data recording and 
reporting.

to provide a short summary of your hawk counting experience. HBMO pays a per 
diem of
