(one of the unidentified birds was a Swainson's Hawk. I did not
get a good enough look at it to write up a report for OBRC, so it
go down as Unidentified)

Total observation time- 7 hrs

Weather: Light north winds all day, TUV- 3
(birds were flying very high)

Other birds: Great Egret- 10 (no wing tags), Ruby-throated Hummingbird- 12, Common Loon- 19, Bufflehead-1, American Pipit- 30, and Northern Mockingbird-1

Monarch migration- : 35 in the first hour. In the last hour
they were flying past at a rate of 10 to 15 per minute.
Directions: Exit from the 401 at Brock St. in Whitby, Go south on Brock
St.to Victoria St. Go west on Victoria St. to Halls Road. Go south on
Halls Road to the second walkway to Cranberry Marsh.
