Today at Presqu'ile Prov. Park near Brighton, Owen Point supported a large 
number of shorebirds including the following : 2 Whimbrel (flew off at 10.15 
am), 4 juvenile Short-billed Dowitchers, a juvenile Red Knot, Baird's 
Sandpiper, one Black-bellied Plover, 2 Lesser Yellowlegs,  Pectoral Sandpiper, 
White-rumped Sandpiper, Sanderlings, many Semipalmated Plovers, Semipalmated, 
Least, Spotted sandpipers, Killdeer. Also seen were many Caspian, 8 Common 
Terns, 2 Bonaparte's Gulls.Along Bayshore Avenue near the lighthouse were 
several warbler species including Yellow, Cape May, Chestnut-sided, 
Bay-breasted, Wilson's, American Redstart and Northern Waterthrush. Other 
interesting species were Red-bellied Woodpecker, Peregrine Falcon, Orchard
