On our way home from the Kirtland’s Warbler we stopped to scope the gulls on the Suncor Pier and were rewarded with an adult Lesser Black-backed Gull.
(I suspect there are not many people who saw these two species today,) Directions: Exit the QEW at Burloak (Burlington-Oakville border) and go toward the lake keeping left where Burloak becomes Great Lakes Blvd. At Lakeshore go straight into the parking at the base of the pier. A scope would be useful.
