There was a sizeable gathering of 2000+ Greater Snow Geese this morning in the flooded Cobb's Lake Creek area just north of Ettyville (east of Bourget). This is within the Ottawa 50K circle.
Directions: take Hwy 2 (Russell Road) out of Bourget heading east. After about 5km look at the area just east of Johnston Road. Note: Johnston Road & several others in the area are impassable & heavy with mud.
