Roger Frost has just found a basic adult Mew Gull among the Ring-billeds at Cobourg harbour. It is standing on the beach just a few feet fro the west parking lot. Very heavy head streaking, nice dark eye, slim yellowish bill with faint marking, perhaps a shade darker than the Ringbilleds.
Directions : Hwy. 401 to Exit 474, south on Division to the harbour, west round the harbour to the large parking lot.
