On 5 Feb. in Tommy Thompson Park ( Peninsula B), I have seen 2 Peregrine Falcons. They stay together with the distance about 2 m at the top brunch of a dead tree. Evidently it was a pair. Pictures were taken. On Feb. 20 in TTP ( Peninsula B) I have seen 12 Am. Tree Sparrows. Number of Ring- billed gulls between 5 and 20 Feb. ( Peninsula B) increased significantly, from about a 100 to hundreds. Very carefully I have screen trees to see owls – none. On both visits I watched an American Mink ( different places).
Humber Bay Park East (Toronto) on January and February there were: solitary Northern Pintail male and one individual Northern Mockingbird (pictures taken). Good birding!
