Hello Ontbirders On Thursday, Jan. 19 we saw 2 Cackling geese amongst many Canada Geese on the ice in the large stonewall enclosure behind the Best Western Beacon Hotel in Jordan on Lake Ontario. One adult Bald Eagle chased the ducks at the far end of the enclosure. Directions to Jordan: QEW to Victoria Avenue Vineland Exit. Cross over the QEW and turn to the right on the North Service Road. Follow until you see the Best Western Hotel on your left hand side.
