[Ontbirds] Northern Harrier - Cobourg

On Thursday afternoon a Northern Harrier flew low through our backyard
scattering the birds at the feeders.  Our backyard  abuts Dunegan Park which
can be reached by D'Arcy Street in the east end of Cobourg.
