Greetings fellow birders An adult Northern shrike has been reported today and earlier this week at the home of Carolyn & Ron Boyle at 1303 Sandy Sommerville Road at the Riverbend subdivision on the west end of London. The bird has been actively impaling rodents on the branches if trees in her backyard. Birders are welcome to visit.
Directions: Take Commissioners Road or Oxford street west of city to where they meet. Turn right onto Kains Road, then left again into Riverbend. There will be somebody at the gate, but state that you are going to Ron & Carolyn's place.
