24 Bruce Birding Club members found 31 species of birds in the Kincardine
area today. The highlight being a 1st winter Franklin's Gull at the
Kincardine harbor. The Franklin's pleased the audience with several flybys
and eventually alighting right in front of us all. Meanwhile all over the
harbor Bonaparte's were busy picking pinheads from the water. The
Franklin's was found yesterday by myself and Liz Addison and
expertly identified from a photo sent to Alan Wormington. Pictures of the

Directions; Kincardine is on the shore of lake Huron where highways 9 and
21 meet. The harbor is one block  west of downtown on Harbor Street
