Hi Ontbirders,

We had a productive start to our winter list while birding along the Gatineau
Escarpment.
Along the Pioneers Trail, by the Park entrance off Rue Gamelin and Promenade de
la Gatineau, we had 3 Bohemian Waxwings with 11 Cedar Waxwings. Also present
was a Northern Shrike.
Along the Escarpment, near the village of Eardley, we had 3 Bald Eagles and one
adult Golden Eagle.
At the intersection of Hwy 148 and Chemin Alary, we had a male American Kestrel.
