Weather: Mild temperatures ranging from 11.4 - 13.4. Light winds out of the southwest throughout. Off-and-on drizzle in the morning and heavy cloud cover. Raptor Observations: Raptors took the day off today. Non-raptor Observations: Pretty quiet non-raptor wise as well, but did have a few highlights. A late Monarch was seen gliding south, a Snow Bunting flew past, and a Fox Sparrow was foraging with White-throated Sparrows around the base of the tower.
