A pair of Godwits are still actively feeding in the mudflats at Frenchmans Bay
as of 7:30 am today.
Many lesser yellowlegs, Killdeer and White-rumps. One Rusty Blackbird was also
seen.

As per Jean Iron's directions.

Directions: exit 401
at Whites Rd in Pickering and go south to Bayly. Then east about 1.5 km past
the row of town houses to Gingerbread
nursery school on south side. Park at southeast corner where a well trodden
down short trail
leads to cattails and mudflats. Rubber boots are essential and the muckiest
part is on the way in thru the cattails.
