It had Dianne Hasley and I stumped as we both had good looks at it. The very distinct streaking down the sides from throat to rump had me thinking Kirtlands but not enough yellow beyond the throat and no tail pumping. Winter plumage 1st year female Blackpol? Anyone else note this bird?
