Further to Cheryl Edgcombe's e.mail I would like to forward the following details. After Mark Cranford's morning posting several birders apparently managed to find the same bird into late morning. I arrive at Lakeside Part at 12:45 pm and at that point the bird was said to have left the site. Bruce Ferry apparently had arrived earlier, and not finding the bird continued to bird the trees further west down Lakeshore Boulevard. He found one bird in large Willow just west of over bridge over lakeshore to the shipping dock and south of lakeshore just be hind the small house by the chain link fence. He went back to Lakeshore and pick up Joyce Lechasseur and myself and took us the new site where all three of us spent over an hour during which both a male and female were seen feeding in the tree. Bruce took a lot of photos of both warblers and Joyce was able to get some excellent looks of the male through here scope. We all left about 2:00 pm.
Directions: Lakeside Park is on Lakeshore Road between Southdown and Winston Churchill Roads in Mississauga. It has a new parking lot immediately across the Lakeshore from the entrance to the Clarkson Wastewater Treatment Plant. It is east of trucking firm on the southside of Lakeshore and east of the cement company pier.
