Still there at 2:30, same description as previous reports, across from Wheatley Harbour in Mud Creek near the bridge, considerably smaller than the other cormorants and it's tail was longer, area behind the beak not as orange, catching quite a few fish while I was there, then went back onto a branch to dry off, wings extended. Gave a few of us a good view.
