At 3:30 pm we saw an adult bald eagle flying southward right above Pringle Creek which our home backs onto, just south of Hwy 2(Dundas St.) in Whitby. We live on Garden St. which parallels the creek. We had seen what we were sure was an Bald Eagle on and off for a few weeks now, and I was able to take a quick photo which in spite of being blurry, clearly showed it's white head, yellow beak, dark and very large wing span, and light tail. Now we have seen it more closely and clearly.
