Hello birders
Today, March 1 at 2:30 p.m. I found a great horned owl on a nest on Point Abino
road North near the town of Snyder. ONT, Directions: QEW south to Sodom Rd,
exit # 16 west , Crystal Beach, Ridgeway. Drive into the town of Snyder and
you'll come to an intersection with a stop sign and flashing red light . Turn
right onto Netherby Rd. and drive 3 km to Point Abino Rd. North. Turn left onto
Point Abino road N. From this intersection drive 3 km going past Church St. on
your right and you'll come to house number 2391 on the right hand side. Just
past this house you'll come to a large open field on your right side. In the
very right hand corner of the field where the woods start you'll see a large
nest in an oak tree. The owl is in this nest. Scope is necessary. Good luck
