A very heavily barred snowy owl (likely the one first spotted by Ian Fleming earlier this month) was flying around and occasionally perching near the last building at the very end of the No Exit part of Yonge street that runs south of Ravenshoe rd at the No Exit end of that road. At noon today, Friday February 11. After about 10 minutes the bird flew off in a north easterly direction and disappeared from sight.

The part of Ravenshoe rd in question runs west from Leslie just south of Keswick.
