Hi Everyone
The 38th Annual Cornwall-Massena CBC took place on December 27, 2010. A total
of 62 species and 11,592 individuals were recorded by 25 field observers. The
weather conditions for the day were good but cold in the early morning, with
mainly clear skies and temperatures ranging from -14c to -8c. The winds were
out of the NW at 19 km/hr with gusts to 48km/hr. The St. Lawrence River was
open in areas except for sheltered bays that were frozen or had ice along the
shoreline.
