Today at noon we saw a large flock (perhaps 200) of Bohemian Waxwings on the
road just west of the big barn on the Central Experimental Farm.
Unfortunately, they did not all disperse as cars went by and about 10 had
already been killed when we arrived. I asked the Experimental Farm authorities
to check if grain had been spilled on the road and to take action....they
agreed.
