Ontbirders: Posting for Terrie Woodrow who is not "on line" at the moment and asked me to post.
Terrie Woodrow and a friend had a 1st winter Mew Gull in Niagara Falls yesterday around noon. The bird was on the Canadian side of the Falls between the two power plants at the top of the falls. It was apparently on the rocks about 40 feet from shore. Terrie had good scope views of the bird for at least 10 minutes and will be forwarding his report to OBRC.
