Weather:
Overcast with off and on drizzle and rain showers. Winds started off SSW
before turning SSE 8-10 km/hr with a high of 14C.

Raptor Observations:
Only 1 female/juvenile Northern Harrier during the 11:00 hour.

Non-raptor Observations:
Two separate flocks of "Lesser" Snow Geese totaling 47 indiv. (23 white, 24
blue) made several passes around the marsh and couldn't seem to decide if
they wanted to land; both eventually disappeared off to the NW. A lone
Sandhill Crane also flew by low over the marsh before continuing off to the
W.

Predictions:
Mostly cloudy then clearing throughout the morning. Winds W 30 km/hr
gusting to 50 with temps. falling to 2C in the afternoon. Not ideal but
should be a few raptors on the move.
