>From about 10:45 to 12:35 today I followed the Tom Taylor Trail north out of
>Newmarket to where it links with the Holland River Trail in East Gwillimbury
>and then terminates at the Old Yonge St. and Mt. Albert Sideroad area in
>Holland Landing.
Not a great deal of activity, but did have both kinglets, White-throated
Sparrow, Yellow-rumped Warbler, Pileated Woodpecker and a Dark-eyed Junco.
There are many places to enter the trail in Newmarket.  The Tannery Mall
parking lot on Davis Drive, Newmarket is the easiest place to start.  There is
another parking area at Green Lane and the Holland River just east of Main
St/Second Concession, East Gwillimbury.  Green Lane runs east and west from the
north end of Highway 404.  The Holland River is west of the 404.
