Hello,

I birded the KFN area on Amherst Island this afternoon, the shorebirds were
in small numbers. On the bern pond there was one Hudsoniam Godwit and two
White-rumped Sandpipers.

Interesting point, on the sand point at the extreme eastern corner, I was
able to photograph Golden-crowned Kinglets, Black-capped Chickadees,
Yellow-rumped Warblers and Vesper Sparrows, all feeding in the short scrub
grass. The fall migration sure seems to gather strange friends.

Regard,

Brian Young
