Weather: A nice day weather-wise with clear skies, warm temps (high of 25C), and S/SW breezes 8-10 km/hr. Raptor Observations: Slow given the warm weather and south winds. A small number of Turkey Vultures were moving well north of the site along with a few Sharp-shins, Kestrels, and Harriers closer to the tower. Non-raptor Observations: Day 4 for the Greater Yellowlegs on the pond, along with 3 Solitary Sandpipers. Also 4,238 Blue Jays, 9 Pine Siskins, Indigo Bunting, Eastern Meadowlark, and 4 Rusty Blackbirds. Predictions: Sunny with light NE winds turning E 15 km/hr in the afternoon. High of 22C.
